Forest Lab accepts orders and ships within Vietnam only.
Ordering and delivery
Choose products on the website and send your request through Facebook or Instagram. Forest Lab confirms the product configuration, price, shipping cost and estimated delivery time before you place the order. Cost and timing may vary by address and product.
Return requests
If an item is defective, arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order, contact Forest Lab with your order details and photos or video of the issue. The shop will review the request and discuss the available resolution, conditions and related costs before you send the item back.
For other exchange requests, ask the shop before sending anything back. If a refund applies, the method and timing will be explained when the resolution is confirmed.
